In Karakter Distillery, we know that to complete the journey from bottle to glass, cooperation with bars, restaurants and other businesses is essential.
In order for you to understand how our order / delivery process is done, we have gathered all information on this page.
Orders
We accept orders every day of the week on

Message has to contain the following:
NAME of your bar, restaurant,...
COMPANY NAME and VAT NR.
Delivery address
Contact person + number
Order items + quantity
Delivery special terms (ex. Delivery before 9 am.)
Delivery
Orders accepted until tuesday evening will be dispatched or delivered on wednesday / thursday of the same week.
Delivery cost for orders below 50 € is 4 € +VAT (Slovenia).
Delivery for orders above 50 € is free of charge (Slovenia).
Price policy
SERVICE PROVIDERS (bars, restaurants...):
Every establishment is entitled to 10% starting discount on KARAKTER brand products. Discount can be adjusted in case of successful sales. In case of one time order of larger quantities for various events, you are entitled to 20% discount in exchange for visibility / exposure on your events. Full bottles can be returned.
DISTRIBUTORS and TRADE companies:
Entitled to higher discounts (to be discussed) - contact HERE with a short presentation.
Social media exposure
In case your establishment is developing a mixed drink with our products, or you are hosting an event with KARAKTER products being served, please contact us or tag us on your posts. We will make sure our followers know what you are up to!
